CustHome — a modern tile home page for Dolibarr

Replace the default Dolibarr home page with a clean grid of colored tiles, in the style of modern application launchers. Perfect to give every user (or every customer you deploy Dolibarr for) a simple, visual start screen with the shortcuts that matter.

Edit everything in place — saved automatically

• Edit mode right on the page: click a tile to open a side panel and change its title, subtitle, icon, colors and link.
• Drag & drop tiles on a real grid: free placement, empty cells allowed, nothing is reflowed behind your back. Resize by dragging the corner handle (1x1 up to full width).
• Automatic saving: every change is saved instantly (with a "Saved" indicator) — there is no Save button to forget.
• Icon picker: ~270 Font Awesome icons with search and live preview, plus free text input for any other icon. Color presets for a consistent look.

Link anything

• Pick a target from all the Dolibarr menu entries the user can see (grouped by main menu),
• or from the pages of your installed custom modules,
• or type any internal path or external URL (open in a new tab supported).

Deployment options

• Shared grid (one grid for everyone, edited by users with the dedicated permission) or per-user grids — each user arranges their own tiles.
• Optional "use as landing page" switch: users land on the tiles right after login.
• Optional button in the top menu bar, number of columns (2–12), custom page heading.
• Comes with 13 ready-made example tiles at activation.

Technical

• Dolibarr 19.0 – 23.x, PHP 7.4+. No database table added: configuration is stored as JSON in Dolibarr constants / user parameters, multi-entity aware.
• Two permissions (view / edit), CSRF-protected AJAX, server-side sanitization of tiles.
• Works with the Eldy theme top menu; responsive grid (auto flow on mobile).
