French Company Directory for Dolibarr

Core features

• Powerful search by name, SIREN, SIRET, address, postal code or department. Filter by status (active / closed).
• One-click creation of the third party record with customer / prospect / supplier choice, auto-generated codes following your Dolibarr numbering rules, editable trade name.
• Every official identifier auto-filled: SIREN, headquarter SIRET, NAF/APE code, legal form, EU VAT number (computed), workforce range, company category (TPE / PME / ETI / GE), directors, certifications (BIO, RGE, Qualiopi, ESS).
• Smart update from any third party record: an "Update FR Dir" button refreshes the latest data. Empty fields are auto-filled; already-filled fields with diverging values are shown on a dedicated page where you choose "Keep" or "Replace" for each one (default: Keep — never accidentally overwritten).
• Establishments view: popup listing every site of a company (headquarter + secondary) with address, SIRET, status. Create each establishment as a separate record in one click.
• Duplicate detection by SIREN and SIRET before creation, with a direct link to the existing record when already imported.
• Multi-entity: fully scoped per entity (Multicompany). Each entity has its own configuration and its own third parties.
• Default accounting accounts auto-applied: when the accounting module is enabled and you have configured a default customer / supplier account (411 / 401), it's applied to every new third party without overwriting existing values.
• Optional Pappers enrichment: add your Pappers API key (free up to 1,000 calls/month) to also retrieve share capital, formatted official RCS, precise legal form, verified EU VAT.

Data sources

• Official French government API recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr (INSEE / SIRENE) — free, no authentication, no reasonable usage limit.
• Pappers API (optional) — free up to 1,000 calls/month, self-service signup in 1 minute at pappers.fr/api. Provides capital, RCS, detailed directors.

Installation

1. Extract the archive into htdocs/custom/
2. Enable the module in Setup → Modules → CRM
3. Optional: Configuration → add your Pappers key for capital / RCS enrichment
4. The menu appears under Third parties → Company directory
5. The "Update FR Dir" button appears automatically on every third party record that has a SIREN or SIRET
