Auto Incoterms

Example use cases:

• Import/export activities in Europe and internationally
• Accounting requirement to display Incoterms with destination on invoices
• Bulk update of Incoterms for all your customers with a default Incoterm

How it works:

On quotes, orders, shipments, and invoices: For international customers, easily display the destination city and country for Incoterms. A "refresh Incoterms" button allows you to update the Incoterms shown on commercial documents. The information is retrieved from the address entered in the customer record.

From the THIRD PARTIES tab on the customer record: Update the Incoterms using a "refresh Incoterms" button. The city and country information is automatically retrieved from the customer's address entered in their record.

From the third parties list in the THIRD PARTIES tab: Save time — from this list, select customers and use the bulk action "update Incoterms with location" to automatically update the Incoterms for all selected customers. This module also allows you to display additional columns for Incoterms and Incoterm location in the customer list.

One-click bulk update for Dolibarr administrators:

• Update all Incoterms: Update the Incoterms free text with the location for all active customers and prospects based on their address.
• Replace Incoterms for all active customers and prospects with the default Incoterm from the module settings (e.g., DAP, CIF, etc.)
• Reset all Incoterms: Clear the Incoterms for all active customers and prospects (set to empty)
