DOCBACKUP is a module that generates backup files of the entire "document" directory.

This module does not modify the Dolibarr Core and operates independently.

Display

DOCBACKUP JOB:

  • Checks if the scheduled job is present.
    • If absent, it creates it.
    • If archived, it restores it.
  • Displays the next execution.
  • Displays the execution frequency.
  • Displays the backup file path "-.zip".

Settings

Settings allow you to define:

  • The number of days to retain backups (retention).
  • The possibility to define the minimum number of backups to keep, even if they exceed the retention period (number of backups).
  • Exclusion of empty directories: if enabled, folders containing no files will not be added to the ZIP (lighter backup).
  • Exclusion of the /documents/admin directory: if enabled, this directory and its subdirectories will not be included in the ZIP.
  • A manual backup button.
  • A list of available backups.
