🚀 How to use it?

Create your first workflow

1. SmartWorkflow → Workflows → New
2. Give it an explicit name (e.g. "Unpaid invoice reminder")
3. Choose the trigger (e.g. "Invoice validated")
4. Choose the action (e.g. "Send email")
5. Configure the parameters:
   • Recipient: customer or user email
   • Subject and message with variables: {ref}, {customer}, {total}, {date}...
6. Set execution priority (1 = highest)
7. Activate the workflow and you're done!

Manage alerts

1. SmartWorkflow → Alerts
2. View all alerts with color code by severity
3. Filter by module, level or status
4. Resolve ✅ or dismiss 🗑️ alerts with 1 click
