Questo modulo è il connettore tra Dolibarr e il servizio di firma UptoSign. Per firmare o sigillare qualsiasi documento è OBBLIGATORIO aprire un account su uptosign.com. Questo account è distinto dall'acquisto del modulo: firme e sigilli sono fatturati da UptoSign in base al vostro abbonamento. Un server dimostrativo gratuito vi permette di provare tutto prima di abbonarvi.

Fate firmare preventivi, contratti e fatture online senza uscire da Dolibarr. Il vostro cliente firma dal telefono in due minuti e il documento firmato torna da solo in Dolibarr, con un fascicolo di prove conforme eIDAS.

Stampare, inviare, attendere, sollecitare, scansionare, archiviare: una firma autografa costa giorni e si perde tra le e-mail. UptoSign sostituisce tutto questo con un pulsante sulla scheda del documento. Il servizio si basa su un cloud ospitato in Francia e produce firme conformi al regolamento europeo eIDAS (firma semplice rafforzata).

Come funziona

• 1. Posizionate la firma: dalla scheda Firma elettronica del documento, collocate il sigillo e l'area di firma di ogni firmatario sul PDF.
• 2. Il cliente firma: riceve un link via e-mail, conferma la propria identità con un codice SMS e firma dal telefono o dal computer, senza account e senza nulla da installare.
• 3. Tutto torna in Dolibarr: il documento firmato e il fascicolo di prove vengono archiviati con l'originale, lo stato del documento viene aggiornato e l'agenda tiene traccia di ogni passaggio.

Il cliente è davanti a voi? La firma locale avvia la procedura sul posto, senza inviare alcun link.

Una firma che vale

• Conforme eIDAS: firma elettronica semplice rafforzata, con doppia autenticazione del firmatario via SMS.
• Fascicolo di prove: scaricato con ogni documento firmato, attesta chi ha firmato, quando e come.
• Sigillo e marca temporale: bloccate una fattura o qualsiasi altro PDF senza coinvolgere un firmatario. Ogni modifica successiva diventa visibile.
• Verifica pubblica: i vostri interlocutori controllano da soli, sul servizio di verifica di UptoSign, che un documento non sia stato modificato.
• A scelta, documento per documento: la firma nativa di Dolibarr per un accordo interno, la firma UptoSign quando deve poter essere fatta valere.

Tutto ciò che potete firmare

Preventivi, ordini clienti e fornitori, preventivi fornitori, fatture, contratti, interventi, spedizioni, progetti, soggetti terzi e utenti. E più in generale qualsiasi PDF associato a un soggetto terzo: un accordo di riservatezza prima di un preventivo, un contratto di locazione, un regolamento interno, un contratto di lavoro.

Firma di massa

Fate firmare lo stesso documento a decine di persone, ognuna sulla propria copia: carta interna, regolamento, autorizzazione, convocazione.

Pensato per l'azienda

• Tenete sotto controllo la spesa: avviare una firma, che è fatturata, è un permesso a parte che concedete solo alle persone giuste. La stessa firma non può essere avviata due volte per errore.
• Sicurezza: ogni azione è protetta dai link manipolati, la chiave dell'account UptoSign viaggia solo verso un server con certificato verificato e le e-mail e i numeri dei firmatari restano fuori dai log.
• Multiazienda: ogni azienda ha il proprio account UptoSign e ogni procedura è seguita con l'account che l'ha avviata.
• Compatibile: Dolibarr 18 e successivi, Dolibarr 24 compreso, database MySQL, MariaDB o PostgreSQL.
• In undici lingue: francese, inglese, tedesco, spagnolo, italiano, olandese, portoghese brasiliano, danese, ungherese, polacco e sloveno.
• Aperto: altri moduli si appoggiano a UptoSign per far firmare i propri documenti, come i mandati SEPA o il documento di valutazione dei rischi (DUERP).

Cosa è cambiato dalla versione 2.2

Dalla versione 2.2 il modulo è stato in gran parte riscritto. Le tappe principali:

• Firma di massa: lo stesso documento firmato da molte persone, con una tabella di monitoraggio per destinatario (non inviato, in attesa, firmato, recuperato, in errore) e il recupero raggruppato dei documenti firmati.
• Automatismi: fattura creata alla firma del preventivo, fatture sigillate e inviate, ordini chiusi e servizi di contratto attivati, impostabili dall'amministrazione del modulo.
• Nuovi documenti: preventivi e ordini fornitori, spedizioni, contratti di lavoro del modulo InfraS Salariés.
• Finestra di posizionamento isolata: sigillo e firme finiscono esattamente dove li rilasciate, qualunque sia il tema di Dolibarr o gli altri moduli installati.
• Archiviazione automatica dei documenti firmati e rispetto dei limiti del server di firma, senza raffiche di chiamate.
• Multiazienda affidabile: il documento giusto, l'account UptoSign giusto, l'azienda giusta, a ogni passaggio.
• Undici lingue effettivamente caricate e complete su tutte le schermate.
• Versione 2.5: sicurezza rafforzata, compatibilità con Dolibarr 24 e PostgreSQL, selezione avanzata dei destinatari.
