The MBI Signature Yousign module allows your third parties to sign quotes, orders, contracts, SEPA mandates, interventions, and delivery notes with our partner Yousign.
It also enables the signing of attached external documents and external files. The signature is eIDAS certified, and a code is sent via SMS to verify the identity of the signer. The module purchase includes unlimited updates and 5 signature credits.
You will need to purchase credits valid for one year—simply buy what you consume.

- Place the 'mbiyousign' folder in htdocs/custom or use the 'Deploy/Install an external module' option in the Dolibarr module list.
- Enable the MBI Signature module, now in the module list, and configure it to meet your needs.
- The __EXTRAFIELD_SIGNATURE_LINK__ substitution variable can now be used in your emails and contains the electronic signature link related to the client.
- A 'sign' button appears on the commercial proposal and contract pages if the document hasn't been signed yet, containing a link to the signature page.
- The link to the electronic signature page is also present in the 'Signature Link' extrafield.
- The PDF with the signature is generated only once upon signing and is accessible in the 'Attached Files' section of your document.
- After a document is signed, an email is automatically sent to your company or the sales representative in charge of the client, with the client in CC. It confirms the signature and sends the signed PDF as an attachment. This email can be customized in the module configuration. The commercial proposal then transitions to the 'signed' status.

The MBI Signature module does not work if your commercial proposals/client orders/shipments have a custom reference number containing spaces.

MB Informatique SARL cannot be held liable for its use outside the legal framework or for the legal and juridical validity of the signature.

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The start of the use of the module's services marks the application of the contract to the User.
