Agefodd version 8 is now available on the Dolistore. 

Integrate the administrative and commercial management of your training activity in Dolibarr, thanks to Agefod. This module allows you to create, administer and follow your training sessions from an estimate or an order, and to follow all the administrative steps until the financial closure of the sessions.

NEWS : the online signature of the attendance sheets is now available in Agefodd !
 

Features:
Agefodd allows you to create an educational catalog, to manage your participants (trainees and trainers), to create inter or intra-company sessions, with a place and a timetable, integrate subrogation by an OPCO into invoicing, to edit BPF elements...
 
Compatibility with other modules:
  • Customer Portal : By coupling Agefodd with the Customer portal, this opens up an external access to trainees and trainers : thanks to a personal space, they can consult the training calendar on which they are registered, and download the corresponding documents (assignment letters, attendance sheets, certificates...) 
Please note : the online signature of the attendance sheets by trainees and trainers with Customer Portal is available from the version 1.35 of the module.
  • DocEdit : Coupled with Agefodd, this module allows you to create your own personalized training documents.
  • Email attachments: You can select one or more documents attached to the session (via the Attachments tab or via the generation of Linked Documents) to send them by email directly from Agefodd.
  • Multicompany: Now, you can choose to share the Agefodd database (collection, trainees, trainers, locations) and all the training sessions between several entities.
We strongly recommend 1 to 2 days of coaching to get the hang of the module (880 € per day at a distance). Do not hesitate to contact us here.
