DoliDocuSign connects Dolibarr to DocuSign: your customers and suppliers sign your documents online with a legally recognised electronic signature, and Dolibarr follows the envelope until the signed PDF is back in the documents of the object.

Features
Any generated PDF
send the documents of commercial proposals, sales orders, purchase orders, interventions, contracts and shipments for signature, from a button on their card.
Signers from the contacts
the signers are the contacts of the document, external contacts and internal users, chosen by contact type.
Signature configurations
per type of object and PDF model, place the tabs (signature, initials, date, signing date, name, text, checkbox, radio buttons...) by an anchor text of the PDF or by coordinates.
Automatic follow-up
the DocuSign Connect webhook updates the status, and the signed PDF and the DocuSign certificate are stored in the documents of the object.
Closed when signed
a signed proposal is classified signed, a signed sales order is closed.
Company or personal sender
envelopes leave from the DocuSign user of the company, or from the own DocuSign user of the Dolibarr user who sends.
SMS authentication, reminders and expiration
optional code by SMS for the signers, automatic DocuSign reminders and expiration of the envelope.
OAuth or JWT, demo or production
authorisation code or JWT with private key, a demo account to test and a production account, each with its own settings.

How it works
  1. Connect your DocuSign account in the setup of the module and create a signature configuration for the PDF model of your documents.
  2. On a validated document, click Send DocuSign®, check the signers, the sender and the PDF files to sign.
  3. The signers sign in DocuSign: Dolibarr gets the new status, stores the signed PDF and the certificate, and closes the proposal or the order.

Requirements
  • Interface languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish
  • Required Dolibarr modules: Prune
  • A DocuSign account with an integration key (developer or production)
  • HTTPS with a public URL to receive the DocuSign Connect notifications
  • The Prune libraries module of Net-Logic, which provides the DocuSign SDK

Installation
  1. Deploy the zip with Home → Setup → Modules → Deploy an external module.
  2. Enable DoliDocuSign.
  3. Give the permissions to your users.
  4. Open Home → Setup → Modules → DoliDocuSign to connect your DocuSign account, then create a signature configuration in Tools → DoliDocuSign → New configuration.
