Weekly delivery, delivery round, one pallet with several orders: Dolibarr makes one delivery note per shipment, and your customer gets several notes to sign. The "PDF Merge" action puts these notes one after the other, but they are still separate notes, with no common total.

Grouped delivery note makes one single document. In the shipment list, tick the validated shipments of one customer and choose "Grouped delivery note (one PDF)". Add a note if needed: the PDF is created.

The document shows:

  • your logo, the note reference, the date and the number of shipments;
  • the delivery address (shipping contact, otherwise the customer address);
  • one block per shipment, in date order: order, customer reference, then each line with the ordered quantity, the shipped quantity and the weight;
  • the total quantity delivered, the total weight, your note and a reception and signature box.

On several pages, the table header is repeated. The PDF is written in the customer's language (French, English, German). A list shows all grouped notes, and each shipment card shows the grouped note that contains it.

Your shipments are never changed: the module only reads them. Separate rights to view and to create. Compatible with Dolibarr 19 to 24. Written and tested by Dolix (dolix.fr).
