Follow up overdue invoices, track commitments and give customers a simple way to respond.

DunningFlow brings collections into Dolibarr: invoices needing attention, the next action, customer requests and exceptions. See both the open accounting balance and the amount that can currently be collected.

A collection process that fits your customer relationships

• Create email, call and internal review steps with timing, permitted weekdays, customer categories and minimum contact intervals.
• Simulate before acting: review proposed messages and understand why invoices are held.
• Group compatible invoices for one customer into a clear statement.
• Keep human approval enabled by default or explicitly enable automation for a workflow.

Handle real payment situations

Partial payment, allocated credit, payment promise, dispute or instalment plan: the case keeps the relevant information together. Balances use native Dolibarr allocations. A partial promise protects its amount; customer disputes await qualification. Payment schedules are approved, accepted and tracked against allocated payments.

A customer workspace included

A private, expiring and revocable link lets customers view shared invoices and available PDFs, propose a payment date, report a dispute, declare a transfer or accept a payment schedule. Online payment uses Dolibarr’s native payment flow when configured. Reporting a payment never creates an accounting payment.

Keep control of outgoing messages

Sending is disabled at installation. A global stop, daily quota, balance checks before transport and explicit handling of uncertain outcomes help you operate the queue. An email accepted by the server is not proof of delivery or reading. Reports, currency-specific ageing, history and CSV export support daily follow-up.

Launch offer and requirements

€99 excluding tax, one-time purchase, two years of updates included, no mandatory module subscription. Interface, customer workspace and guides in French and English. PHP 8.1 minimum. Target range: Dolibarr 20–24; integration tested on 20.0.4, 23.0.3 and 24.0.0 with PHP 8.2, syntax and unit tests checked with PHP 8.1 and 8.3.

SMTP, a server cron and an HTTPS-accessible portal are needed according to usage. Provider charges are separate. V1 does not include SMS/WhatsApp, IMAP inbox polling, AI or a free-form visual editor. No global multi-company portal is claimed. Support: support@arcchester.com.
