DoliEInvoice — electronic invoicing for Dolibarr

DoliEInvoice integrates electronic invoices into native Dolibarr invoice workflows: XRechnung 3.0.2 CII export and incoming CII/UBL import, plus ZUGFeRD 2.5.2 / Factur-X 1.09.2 EN16931 hybrid PDF/XML invoices.

  • Local validation using pinned KoSIT, Mustang and veraPDF tools.
  • Incoming UBL 2.1 Invoice 380, explicit supplier matching and creation of native invoice drafts.
  • No automatic posting, invoice-value repair, UBL export, Peppol transport or OCR.
  • DoliBau is optional and not included or required.

Requirements and compatibility

Declared Dolibarr compatibility: 24.0.0 only. The store selector V24 does not mean the entire 24.x series is qualified. Linux x86_64, PHP 8.2–8.5 with the documented extensions and MariaDB 10.6+; Oracle MySQL 8.4 is additive. Private Java/validator tools are installed through an explicit administrator setup and downloaded directly from official upstream sources.

License, purchase and updates

GPL-3.0-or-later. Paid acquisition; the installed version remains usable indefinitely. No DRM, expiry-based shutdown or automatic installation of updates. An update key controls official new-release access only; GPL usage, modification and redistribution rights remain unaffected.

Purchase includes one year of official updates and standard support. Optional renewal for another year: EUR 99. No automatic subscription or payment. No external subscription is required to use the installed module.

German private-customer price target: EUR 249 including applicable buyer tax. The store net reference EUR 209.24 equals EUR 249 at 19% buyer VAT; final taxation and any foundation discounts depend on the buyer and checkout. The vendor declares small-business status without charging German VAT himself; DoliStore buyer taxation is separate.

Support in German and English

Not included: general Dolibarr administration, server/hosting troubleshooting, PHP/Apache/Nginx configuration, bespoke development, data migration, remote installation, training or unrelated infrastructure diagnostics.
