Description & Fonctionnalités
Build your own dashboards from data already in Dolibarr, without writing a line of code. Choose a source, a measure and a grouping, then one of 17 widget types: tiles, gauges, line charts, pie charts, funnels, maps, rankings, task lists. Share them with your teams, set targets, comment on a figure, export to Excel or PDF — and let the AI assistant build a widget from a simple sentence.
Who is it for? Executives, sales managers, financial controllers, project managers, workshop supervisors and Dolibarr administrators: any organization that wants to see its activity at a glance, tailored to its needs, without exporting data to an external BI tool.
17 widget types
- Key indicators: tile with icon, color, variation and target; bullet bar; circular gauge.
- Charts: columns, horizontal bars, lines, areas, pie, doughnut, polar, flower, radar, scatter plot and funnel.
- Data: ranked list with proportion bars, geographic breakdown by country or city, and a shared task list.
- Every widget carries its own target (a goal to reach or a limit not to exceed) with a green, orange or red color code, and its variation versus the previous period.
- Charts rendered with the library shipped with Dolibarr: no external resources, no network calls from the browser.
19 ready-to-use data sources
- Sales: customer invoices, invoice lines, commercial proposals, sales orders, contracts.
- Purchasing and finance: supplier invoices, purchase orders, customer payments, expense reports.
- CRM, products and stock: third parties, calendar events, products and services, shipments, stock movements.
- Projects and people: projects, tasks, time spent, interventions, users.
- Measures by source: count, amount excl. tax and incl. tax, VAT, remaining to be paid, margin, price, stock quantity, stock value, planned and time spent hours, budget, progress — as a sum, average, minimum, maximum or count.
- Groupings: day, week, month, quarter, year, third party, country, city, status, type, salesperson, user, product, project, warehouse, payment method, with an optional second grouping and series stacking.
- Only sources from enabled modules appear. Statuses, countries and payment methods are translated into the user's language.
A visual, no-code editor
- Choose the type with one click, then source, measure, calculation, groupings, sorting, number of rows, date field and period.
- Live preview of the widget with your real data, as you configure it.
- Formatting: icon from 20 pictograms, color, 6 palettes, size on a 12-column grid, unit, number format (full, rounded or abbreviated in k and M), display of values and legend.
- Filters field = value, with multiple values, on the source's groupings.
- Drag-and-drop and resizing of widgets directly on the dashboard, saved instantly.
- 23 predefined periods (today, this month, current quarter, last 12 months, year-to-date…) plus a custom period, at dashboard or widget level.
The AI assistant: a dashboard in one sentence
- Describe what you want to track — 'turnover by month this year', 'top 10 customers by amount', 'customers by country on a map' — the assistant infers the source, measure, grouping, period and widget type.
- Full dashboard mode: one sentence is enough to get a coherent set of tiles, trends and breakdowns.
- The proposal is shown with its real preview and the detail of every setting; you uncheck what you don't want before creating it.
- Runs entirely locally: the sentence is analyzed on your server and no data leaves your installation.
- An OpenAI-compatible service can optionally be connected: only your sentence and the source catalog are sent, never your figures, and the response is checked against the catalog before use.
- Automatic analysis of every widget: total, average, best and worst row, concentration, upward or downward trend, latest period, target achievement — all computed locally.
Day-to-day steering
- Single period filter at the top of the dashboard: every widget that inherits it recalculates together.
- View the data behind a chart: labels, values and percentages, with direct export.
- Dated, signed comments on every widget: an unusual figure gets explained right where it's read.
- Shared task list widget: add on the fly, checkboxes, delete.
- Configurable auto-refresh and dark theme: ideal for a wall screen in a workshop or sales floor.
- 4 themes (default, light, dark, indigo) and a home dashboard chosen by each user.
Sharing, templates and exports
- Private, shared with designated groups and users, or public visibility.
- 8 detailed permissions: view, create and edit, delete, view all, edit all, share, export, configure.
- 5 ready-to-use templates of 8 widgets each — Sales, CRM, Finance, Stock, Projects — copyable then customizable, with the original template left untouched.
- Duplicate an existing dashboard in one click to build a variant by team or region.
- CSV, Excel and PDF exports of a single widget or the whole dashboard: one tab per widget in Excel, a laid-out document in PDF.
- Custom SQL sources for administrators, disabled by default, limited to SELECT queries and checked both on save and on execution.
Technical information
- No module required: the source catalog adapts automatically to the modules enabled.
- No user input ever enters the queries: widgets store only codes from the catalog.
- Compatible with Dolibarr 16 and above (tested on 23.x), PHP 7.4 to 8.4, MySQL/MariaDB, multi-company.
- 5 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian. PDF documentation included, NextGestion support.
