Description & Fonctionnalités
Connect Dolibarr to the Amazon Selling Partner API and let information travel in both directions. Orders shipped by you or by Amazon become orders, shipments and invoices; stock and tracking numbers go back to Amazon; settlements and returns are reported line by line. Every exchange leaves a queue whose failed lines replay on their own. A simulation mode lets you configure and demonstrate everything without an Amazon account.
Who is it for? Amazon sellers who run their business in Dolibarr: brands, distributors, multi-country resellers, online merchants in FBM as well as FBA, and the integrators who support them. One marketplace or twenty, one seller account or several, the principle stays the same.
Seller accounts and instances
- A seller account holds the credentials of an Amazon application, the API region and the default values: fallback customer, sales representative, warehouse, bank account, shipping product.
- An instance links that account to a marketplace: it carries the currency, the warehouses, the workflow, the stock policy and the VAT rules.
- 23 marketplaces installed with their real identifier, across the three regions: North America, Europe, Far East.
- Several seller accounts and as many instances as needed, each with its own settings.
- A connection test requests a token then reads the marketplaces of the account, and tells a credentials problem apart from a role or region problem.
Order import
- Import of merchant fulfilled orders (FBM) and of Amazon fulfilled orders (FBA), so that turnover is complete.
- The buyer, the delivery address, the lines, the amounts, the VAT, the shipping charges and the shipping window are all reported.
- The connector always resumes from the last synchronisation. An order changed on the Amazon side is picked up again.
- A cancelled order is closed without creating anything; an order still pending on Amazon is set aside and picked up again automatically.
- Search and filters on the order number, the buyer, the city, the tracking, the status, the fulfilment channel and the workflow state.
- The record shows side by side what comes from Amazon and what exists in Dolibarr, with direct links to the order, the shipment and the invoice.
A workflow in ten switches
- Ten switches decide, instance by instance, what gets created: create the customer, validate the order, create the shipment, validate it, create the invoice, validate it, record the payment, send the stock, send the tracking.
- A step that is turned off is simply skipped: the order stays at the stage reached and is finished by hand.
- Every completed step is written immediately: an interrupted run resumes where it stopped, never at the beginning.
- An unknown buyer becomes a third party, or falls back to the default customer of the account, as you prefer.
- An order with a line carrying an unmatched listing is flagged in error rather than created wrongly: match it, run it again, and it goes through.
- The payment is recorded on the bank account of the seller account, with the Amazon order number as reference.
Listings and product matching
- Import of the seller listings: SKU, ASIN, title, brand, barcode, price, quantity, fulfilment channel and status.
- Automatic matching to the Dolibarr product by reference, barcode, Amazon SKU extra field then label.
- A match found on the label alone is flagged as doubtful rather than applied silently; several products sharing a name match nothing.
- Manual matching directly in the list, without leaving the screen, and a button to match everything that can be matched.
- A listing that must never be processed can be set to ignored; automatic creation of missing products is available as an option.
- The Dolibarr product record recalls the Amazon listings attached to it.
Stock in both directions
- Stock sent to Amazon with five methods: fixed quantity, physical stock, virtual stock, physical stock minus a buffer, percentage of physical stock.
- An optional cap and a declared handling time go with every send.
- A preview shows, listing by listing, the quantity that would be sent: the rule can be checked before it is triggered.
- In the other direction, the inventory held by Amazon is read and copied into a dedicated warehouse through stock movements: Dolibarr stock becomes complete.
- The tracking numbers of validated shipments go back to Amazon, which marks the order as shipped and releases the seller payment.
Settlements and returns
- Import of the Amazon financial events, grouped by period: sales, VAT, commissions, FBA fees, refunds and subscription.
- Five totals per settlement — balance, sales, fees, refunds, other — and the line by line detail, linked to the known orders.
- The answer to the accountants question: why the Amazon transfer does not match turnover.
- Import of the customer returns handled by Amazon: identifier, order, SKU, condition of the goods, reason, fulfilment centre.
- A sellable return goes back into stock in one click, through a movement in the Amazon warehouse.
Queues and replay
- Every exchange opens a queue with one line per reported record and its payload.
- A failed line keeps its content and its reason: correct the cause, then replay the errors without asking Amazon for anything again.
- Clear states: running, finished, partial, in error, nothing to do. Progress, duration and origin — manual, scheduled, automatic, replay.
- Nine scheduled jobs installed: orders, workflow, tracking, stock, Amazon inventory, listings, settlements, returns, housekeeping.
- A command line script runs the same processes for an external scheduler or for a catch-up run.
- A call log keeps the operation, the HTTP code, the duration and an extract of the request and the response.
Security and personal data
- The three Amazon credentials are stored encrypted and are never displayed again in clear text.
- They never appear in the log: the call that exchanges the token records only its nature. The log can be opened to technical support.
- A credential left empty when editing keeps the stored value; any change invalidates the cached token.
- Buyer data is deleted automatically after a period you set, as Amazon requires. Amounts and accounting documents are kept.
- Seven separate permissions: read, create, delete, synchronise, run the workflow, read the log, configure.
- The simulation mode builds orders, listings, inventory, financial events and returns locally from your own products: nothing leaves the server, and the result is reproducible.
