Parcel tracking brought together in Dolibarr

LemonTrack17 brings shipment tracking numbers and carrier events into one Dolibarr view. Your team can find a parcel’s status, customer, order and event history without searching several carrier portals.

The module syncs tracking data with 17TRACK through Dolibarr scheduled jobs. It accepts numbers imported from standard shipments, entered manually or announced by another shipping module.

What LemonTrack17 does

• One parcel list. See tracking numbers, carriers, current status and the latest known events.

• Shipment import. Automatically collect tracking numbers stored on Dolibarr shipments.

• Manual entry. Add a parcel even when it has no shipment record.

• Carrier event history. Read the delivery steps returned by 17TRACK to understand the parcel’s progress.

• Links to your records. Open the related customer, order and shipment when the tracking number belongs to a shipment.

• Scheduled updates. A Dolibarr job checks 17TRACK every 30 minutes.

• Optional map. See carrier-reported positions separately from planned destinations, with status filters.

• Native closure. When every parcel is delivered, the module can close the shipment in Dolibarr.

• Remote archiving. Delivered tracking numbers can be archived on 17TRACK to release account quota.

• Open integrations. LemonBoxtal can announce a carrier tracking number; a REST API lets other tools read and create tracking records.

Clear tracking across different shipping workflows

LemonTrack17 works with the standard Dolibarr Shipments module. LemonBoxtal, LemonAtelier and PackingList are optional additions. A parcel sent directly from a quote or invoice can be tracked without creating an artificial Dolibarr shipment.

The map distinguishes locations reported by carriers from destinations planned in Dolibarr. Geocoding is off by default and must be enabled in settings. Opening the parcel list does not trigger geocoding.

Easy to install

In Dolibarr, open Setup → Modules → Deploy an external module. Upload the ZIP, enable Shipments and LemonTrack17, then enter your 17TRACK API key. Make sure Dolibarr scheduled jobs are running.

Compatible with Dolibarr 22 and 23, PHP 8.0 or newer, and MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL. A 17TRACK account and API key are required; its service terms and pricing are separate from the module price. A user guide is included.
