The health diagnostic brings together checks for PHP, directories, the database, migrations and scheduled jobs. OK, DEGRADED and CRITICAL states highlight what needs investigation. Read or search the logs to continue troubleshooting from the terminal.

When it is time to act, common operations follow a consistent command structure:

• Modules: inspect installed modules, install archives, enable or disable modules, and rerun initialization for active custom modules.
• Configuration: search, read and update Dolibarr configuration constants.
• Users: reset local passwords, unlock accounts and require a password change at the next login.
• Maintenance: run specific scheduled jobs, clear temporary caches, check the database and access official repair procedures.

Explicit controls for sensitive operations.

SQL queries are read-only by default; writes require a dedicated option. Destructive operations require confirmation in interactive mode, and sensitive actions are logged. Incorporate these controls into maintenance procedures and retain a record of interventions.

For migrations, DoliOps compares code and database versions and provides a dry-run mode. Execution creates a verified database backup before invoking the official Dolibarr upgrade scripts. Dedicated commands also handle MySQL/MariaDB database backup and restoration. Document files are backed up separately.

Extend automation to business data.

Access the API routes available in your instance to read or modify business objects from the CLI. Calls run directly within Dolibarr, without HTTP, an API key or activation of the REST API module. Bring these operations into your administration scripts.
