Customer documents and conversations in one place

B2B Portal Pro adds a customer portal to your Dolibarr installation. Customers can view their company documents, follow projects and orders, and discuss requests with your team through a dedicated interface. The module uses native Dolibarr external accounts and business data.

Three business uses, one portal

• Agencies, consultancies and service companies: share proposals, invoices and published project summaries with progress and target dates.
• Maintenance and installation companies: provide intervention reports, durations and PDFs; customers can raise a request about an intervention.
• Wholesalers and distributors: display orders, deliveries and tracking numbers; a repeat-order request starts with the original order reference prefilled.

Included in version 0.1.0

• Dashboard with outstanding and overdue amounts, proposals awaiting a decision, active orders, open requests and recent activity.
• Searchable, paginated document lists; validated document details and downloads of main PDFs already generated in Dolibarr.
• Proposal acceptance or rejection by an authorized customer. Validity and document revision are checked before the native status is updated and the dated decision is recorded.
• Invoice balances that account for payments, credit notes and deposits recorded in Dolibarr.
• Explicit project publication with a customer-facing summary, dates and average task progress.
• Request conversations with categories, priorities and handling statuses, shared by authorized company contacts and your team.
• Company access activation and revocation; separate permissions for reading, requests and proposal decisions; configurable brand name and optional Projects, Interventions and Deliveries sections.
• French and English interface for desktop and mobile. The portal requires no Node runtime, CDN or external service in production.

Access and visibility

Customers use native Dolibarr external accounts linked to a company. Access is scoped to that company within the current entity. Drafts and private notes are excluded; document public notes are displayed. Authorized contacts of the same company share documents and requests. Projects are visible only after your team publishes them.

Scope of this first release

Proposal decisions are application records, not qualified electronic signatures or certified timestamps. Repeat orders are requests to your team, without automatic order creation. Tracking numbers are displayed without carrier synchronization. Version 0.1.0 does not include a B2B catalogue or cart, arbitrary attachment uploads, automated email invitations or notifications, per-document access rules, or logo and colour customization. Amounts use the entity’s accounting currency; transaction-currency display is not available.

Optional payment-link integration

With the separate Arcchester Stripe Payment Links module, the portal can display an existing Stripe link for an eligible invoice. It does not create payment links or process payments itself. Full-amount links are hidden for partially paid invoices. The integration is optional; the Stripe module and Stripe fees are not included in B2B Portal Pro.

Compatibility and requirements

Module version: 0.1.0. Tested on Dolibarr 20.0.4 and 24.0.0, PHP 8.2.33 and MariaDB 10.11. Intermediate Dolibarr versions and other PHP versions have not been validated. The Third Parties module is required; enable the native modules for the sections you use. PDFs must already be generated in Dolibarr and readable by the web server. The module interface is available in French and English.

Installation and first access

1. Deploy module_b2bportal-0.1.0.zip through Setup → Modules/Applications → Deploy an external module, then enable B2B Portal Pro.
2. Configure the brand name, assistance contact and desired sections in the module settings.
3. Create a contact linked to the customer company, then create their external user through Dolibarr and assign the relevant portal permissions.
4. Enable the company in the portal customer management page. Share your installation address followed by /custom/b2bportal/index.php. Login and password recovery use Dolibarr.
