Tekynod Premium UI now combines its modern, mobile-friendly interface with a customizable customer portal and passkey authentication, without modifying Dolibarr core files.

A customer portal that brings your interactions together

Customers can access the information and services authorized for their company through an interface designed for desktops, tablets and smartphones:

• Dashboard: an overview of contracts, commercial proposals, invoices and actions requiring attention.
• Business documents: view statuses, preview supported documents and download files.
• Signing and payments: access Dolibarr’s official signature page for eligible proposals and pay outstanding invoices through Stripe or PayPal, when these services are enabled and configured.
• Support and service requests: create tickets, exchange messages with your team, track progress and close tickets according to permissions.
• Appointments: detailed service requests, appointments linked to the agenda, rescheduling requests and cancellation from the portal. The end time is optional.
• Shared documents: publish files from Dolibarr, including from the third-party record, for authorized customers to view and download.
• Contacts and access: send email invitations from a contact record, assign permissions and appoint a “Portal administrator” to manage their company’s contacts and portal access.
• My account: manage contact details and passwords according to permissions.

Passkeys: easier sign-in on your devices

Sign in using a fingerprint, Face ID or your device’s unlock code, depending on your browser and credential manager. An enrollment prompt can appear after a successful regular login; users can then manage and revoke their own passkeys.

Administrators can enable this feature independently for:

• the installed PWA;
• the customer portal in a browser;
• the standard Dolibarr web login;
• or any combination of these three modes.

No biometric data is stored in Dolibarr. Regular password login remains available. With the supported totp2fa adapter, a verified passkey login does not require an additional TOTP code; password login retains its usual TOTP checks.

A branded space connected to your business

• Customization: logo, portal URL, enabled sections, menu links to your services, interface text and email templates in French and English.
• Notifications: customer and support emails for conversations and appointments, according to enabled events and email configuration.
• Optional integrations: support for SousTotal and Tekynod Contracts; automatic detection of Tekynod Cloud Office to display documents from a dedicated Nextcloud folder, refreshed whenever the page is opened.

The portal and passkey sign-in modes can be enabled in module settings. Passkeys require HTTPS, PHP 8.0 or later, OpenSSL, mbstring, local Dolibarr authentication and a WebAuthn-compatible browser. The TOTP adapter targets the supported totp2fa 23.2.0 code. Integrations depend on installed modules, their configuration and supported versions; third-party modules are not included.

These additions complement the interface improvements and PWA features described below.
