CFDI 4.0 e-invoicing for Mexico, inside Dolibarr

Idoo CFDI stamps CFDI 4.0 invoices and Payment Complements directly from Dolibarr's invoice and payment cards. Building, signing and stamping the voucher with the SAT is delegated to the idoo.dev API, so the module never builds XML locally and never stores your CSD.

Invoices

• Stamp from the invoice card, choosing the payment form, payment method and CFDI usage.
• The UUID is stored and the XML and PDF are attached to the invoice documents.
• Check the SAT status, regenerate the PDF and cancel with a reason and replacement UUID.
• General public sales: daily global invoice with the generic recipient and the global information node required by the SAT.
• Email the stamped invoice from Dolibarr.

Payment Complements (REP)

• For PPD invoices, issued from the payment card; a single payment can cover several invoices.
• The invoice shows its outstanding balance and the complements that already cover it.
• Check status, regenerate the PDF, cancel and email the REP with its XML and PDF attached automatically.
• Dedicated email template type with substitution variables: folio, UUID, amount, payment date and invoices.

Secure and native

• The CSD (.cer and .key) is sent to idoo.dev over HTTPS and never touches Dolibarr's disk or database.
• A single API key: its prefix selects sandbox or production.
• Reuses native Dolibarr fields: RFC in Prof. ID 1, postal code from the address and tax regime in the legal forms dictionary.
• Stamping and cancelling are separate permissions, disabled by default.
• API call log to debug SAT rejections, without keys, certificates or files.

Scope of this version

Income invoices in MXN with transferred VAT (16%, 8% or 0%) per line and no per-line discounts. Payment Complements: one VAT rate per invoice, payments in MXN and no withholdings. On the roadmap: credit notes, carta porte, foreign trade, addenda, IEPS and withholdings, multiple issuers and foreign currency.

Requirements

Dolibarr 19 or later with the Invoices module, PHP 7.4 or later, an idoo.dev account with an API key (and stamps for production) and the issuer's CSD.
