DoliPostal-World enhances Dolibarr’s native Postal code, Town, Country and State fields without modifying Dolibarr core.

France uses the official geo.api.gouv.fr service. Other countries use GeoNames with a free account configured server-side.

Privacy

Only the postal code and ISO country code are sent to the corresponding service. No name, complete address, phone number, email or business-document identifier is transmitted.

Requirements

  • Dolibarr 17 through 24.
  • PHP 7.4 through 8.4 with cURL.
  • Outbound HTTPS access to geo.api.gouv.fr and secure.geonames.org.
  • A free GeoNames account with Web Services enabled for non-French lookups.

Important: France and World editions use the same native fields and must not be enabled simultaneously.
