AgentCo automates commission calculation for your sales agents every time a customer invoice is paid in full.

Built for multi-brand or multi-catalog businesses, AgentCo lets each agent cover one or several brands, with different commission rates by agent, brand, or even a specific customer (rate exception). Three calculation modes are supported: fixed amount, percentage of net revenue, or percentage of actual margin.

As soon as a customer invoice is fully paid, AgentCo identifies the agent responsible for that customer, checks that the invoiced products fall within their scope (covered brand, individually added product, or explicitly excluded item), then applies the most specific rate available: a one-off adjustment on that invoice, a customer exception, a brand-level rate, or the agent's default "all brands" rate.

A draft supplier invoice is then generated automatically in the agent's name — never validated or paid automatically, so you always keep final control. If a credit note is issued on an already-commissioned invoice, AgentCo automatically calculates the pro-rata correction and prepares the matching supplier credit note.

Every generated commission, along with any case where no rate could be applied (flagged as an anomaly rather than guessed), is available in a history searchable by agent, brand, customer and period.

The module integrates natively with Dolibarr: two added tabs (customer invoice and third-party cards), a dedicated dashboard, and permission management by user profile — with no core file modifications.
