Issue tax receipts in the official format, with continuous numbering per financial year, the amount in words computed automatically, legal mentions (art. 200 and 238 bis of the French tax code) and PDF generation ready to print or e-mail. An issued receipt is locked, in line with the retention obligation. All your receipts are kept, so preparing your annual donation declaration is effortless.

Automatic fees and reminders
Run your fee campaigns per financial year and per member type. The module automatically identifies overdue members, sends reminders by e-mail according to the delays you define (multiple levels), and keeps a full log of what was sent. A scheduled task handles it all, day after day.

Donations and receipts in one click
Record donations (cash, in kind, securities), link them to a member, and issue the matching tax receipt in one click, pre-filled from the donation.

Grants
Track your grant applications to local authorities and foundations: requested amount, granted amount, key dates, full life cycle and payment tracking with an automatically computed total.

General meetings
Prepare your ordinary and extraordinary meetings end to end: notice of meeting, member list, attendance and proxies, automatic quorum and expressed-votes calculation, resolutions and votes with adoption computed automatically. Generate the notice, the attendance sheet and the minutes as PDF.
