🎯 Why QuickProduct?

In Dolibarr, creating a new product or service while drafting a proposal, order or invoice means leaving the document, creating the product card, then coming back to add the line. QuickProduct removes this interruption: create your products directly from the document, without ever leaving it.

📍 Usage

  1. Open a draft customer or supplier document (proposal, order or invoice)
  2. Click the "Quick product creation" panel below the document lines
  3. Fill in at least a reference and a label for each product
  4. Optionally set the type, status, price, VAT, cost price, supplier and supplier reference
  5. Click "Create and add products"

Products are created in your catalog and added directly as lines to the document.

🛠️ Settings

Setting Default Description
Default VAT rate 21% VAT rate pre-selected in the creation form
Maximum lines 10 Maximum number of lines per submission (1 to 50)

Access: click the ⚙️ gear icon on the QuickProduct module card, or go to Products/Services → QuickProduct

📥 Installation

⚙️ Go to Home → Setup → Modules → Deploy an external module and upload the ZIP file The module is then available and can be activated. Search for QuickProduct in the module list and click Activate
