Zoho Invoice for Dolibarr (Full Sync)

Zoho Invoice for Dolibarr connects your Dolibarr instance to your Zoho Invoice account in order to synchronize commercial and invoicing data without manual re-entry.

It is designed for companies using Dolibarr as their ERP/CRM and Zoho Invoice for invoicing, customer follow-up or payment tracking.

The module can synchronize the main business data used on a daily basis:

• customers / third parties;
• contacts;
• products and services;
• customer invoices;
• invoice lines;
• payments.

Each data type can be configured independently. You can disable synchronization, send data only from Dolibarr to Zoho Invoice, import data only from Zoho Invoice to Dolibarr, or enable bidirectional synchronization.

The module includes an advanced mapping system to match Dolibarr fields with Zoho Invoice fields. You can configure mappings for third parties, invoices, invoice lines, products and services.

Specific mappings are also available for VAT/taxes, payment terms and payment methods. This helps secure invoice creation and payment synchronization between both systems.

The module adds synchronization tracking directly inside Dolibarr. From customer, invoice, product or contact records, you can check the synchronization status, linked Zoho identifier, last synchronization date and possible errors.

Synchronization can run automatically through Dolibarr scheduled tasks. Manual actions are also available from the module administration area to launch a full synchronization, process the queue or synchronize specific data types only.

When data has been modified in both systems, the module can detect conflicts and apply a resolution policy: manual processing, priority to Dolibarr, priority to Zoho Invoice or priority to the most recently updated data.

A simulation mode allows you to test the synchronization behavior without modifying actual data. This is useful before the first production deployment or after changing the configuration.
