1. Due Diligence Statements (DDS) Management
Full lifecycle management of DDS as required by EU Regulation 2023/1115: draft, ready-to-submit, submitted, accepted, rejected, withdrawn, amended. Each DDS is linked to one or more operators, a commodity, a country of activity, and one or more geolocations. Internal reference (3-50 chars) plus the official TRACES reference once submitted.

2. Operator and Trader Profiles
Manage your operator profile (the legal entity placing products on the EU market) or trader profile (downstream). Capture EORI number, VAT ID, country code, full address and contact details. Default operator can be set per Dolibarr instance. TRACES NT credentials (username + Authentication Key from Web Services Access) stored per operator.

3. GeoJSON Import for Production Parcels
Import parcel geometries as GeoJSON points or polygons, validated against the official EUDR v1.5 schema. Configurable polygon threshold (default 4 ha as per EUDR specification) above which a closed polygon is required instead of a single point. Configurable max file size (default 25 MB). Each geolocation linked to a producer, country, surface in hectares, and source file.

4. Country Risk Classification
Built-in country risk list aligned with the official European Commission classification (implementing act 22/05/2025). Low, Standard, and High risk levels with visual badges. Filter by risk level or search by country code/name. Weekly synchronization planned from the EU Green Forum. Belarus, North Korea, Myanmar, and Russia pre-flagged as High.

5. TRACES NT Submission via Official SOAP API
Direct connection to the EU TRACES NT system via the official SOAP Web Services API. Two environments supported: Acceptance (sandbox, for testing) and Production. Authentication uses the TRACES NT username and Authentication Key (NOT the EU Login password). Submission status and TRACES reference automatically captured.

6. Seven Commodities Coverage
Full coverage of the seven commodities regulated by EUDR: coffee, cocoa, soy, palm oil, wood/timber, natural rubber, and cattle (bovine animals and derived products). Each DDS specifies the commodity and links to your Dolibarr products. Compliance scope clearly tracked.

7. Dashboard with Countdown to Enforcement
A clear dashboard with one tile per DDS status (Draft, Ready, Submitted, Accepted, Rejected, Withdrawn, Amended) plus a persistent countdown banner showing the days remaining until EUDR enforcement (30 December 2026 for large/medium enterprises, 30 June 2027 for SMEs). No more missed deadlines.

8. Archival and Audit Trail
All DDS are versioned and kept for the legal retention period (default 5 years, minimum required by EUDR art. 33). Full audit trail per DDS: who created, who modified, when submitted. Configurable retention years for stricter internal policies.

9. Confidential Geolocation Flag
Producer-protective option: each DDS can flag its geolocation data as confidential. Confidential geolocations are still submitted to TRACES NT (regulatory obligation) but are hidden in shared exports and audit reports for downstream operators.

10. Border-Crossing Country for Import/Export
When the DDS Type is IMPORT or EXPORT, an additional Border-crossing country field is required and enforced by the form. Domestic operations skip this requirement automatically.

11. Zero External Dependency
Pure PHP plus cURL plus SOAP extension. No Composer dependencies, no third-party API wrappers. Runs entirely on your Dolibarr server. The TRACES NT connection is a direct SOAP call.
