GHZ Productoptions

GHZ Productoptions adds a configuration tab to each product or service record in Dolibarr, allowing your staff to define selectable options when entering a commercial document.

Conditional (tree-based) options Sub-options can be linked to a parent choice: depending on the selected value, an additional level of options is automatically displayed, enabling the creation of guided multi-level configurators.

Per-option selling and purchase prices Each option has its own selling price (excl. tax) and purchase price (excl. tax). On customer documents, the selling price is applied. On supplier documents (orders, invoices, delivery receipts), the purchase price is used; if not set, the module automatically applies the selling price minus the supplier discount.

Full multilingual support Options can be defined in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. The language is automatically detected from the third-party record; if no translation is available, a fallback to the module's default language applies.

PDF integration Selected options are automatically added to the product description in all PDFs (quotes, customer and supplier orders and invoices, delivery and receipt notes). A separator text between the description and the options is configurable per language.

Reference generation (keyref) Each option can contribute to building a unique product reference per document line, displayable in the Ref. column of the PDF.

Simplified management Full option cloning with all sub-options, duplication to another language, drag-and-drop reordering of choices, manual category positioning. Compatible with the TakePos module (point of sale) for simple option entry.
