Features

1. Weekly Grid Interface
A spreadsheet-like grid with projects/tasks as rows and Monday-Sunday as columns. Enter hours in each cell. Row and column totals update automatically.

2. Built-in Timer
Start a timer for any project/task with one click. The elapsed time is displayed live (HH:MM:SS). When stopped, hours are automatically filled into today's cell, rounded to the configured increment.

3. AJAX Auto-Save
Every cell is saved automatically when you leave it — no save button needed. Changes are persisted instantly to the database.

4. Manager Validation Workflow
Employees submit their weekly timesheet. Managers see pending timesheets and can approve or reject them with a comment.

5. Reports by Project, User, Period
Three report views with filters: hours by project (budget remaining), hours by user (capacity), hours by period (trends). CSV export available.

6. Friday Reminder Cron
A weekly cron job sends email reminders to users who haven't submitted their timesheet by Friday afternoon.

Installation

1. Download ZIP from DoliStore
2. Extract to htdocs/custom/
3. Enable in Setup > Modules
4. Configure in module settings
