The Construction Site Manager module is designed for technical experts, architects, project managers and construction companies who need to professionally manage their site visits with full traceability, integrated directly into their Dolibarr.
 
Site management: create and track construction sites linked to your Dolibarr third parties, auto-generated reference, address, start/end dates, status and notes.
 
Visit minutes: sequential numbering per site (PV-CH-XXXXXXXX-001, 002...), location pre-filled from site address, subject automatically carried over from previous visit.
 
Participants: add Dolibarr contacts with filtering by third party, free entry (name, company, email) for external stakeholders, attendance tracking.
 
Observations and tasks: description, responsible person and due date. Automatic status — In progress / Overdue / Completed. Automatic carry-over of uncompleted tasks to the next visit. Inline editing. Photo attachments per observation.
 
Next meeting: record the next RDV date, time and location directly on the visit. Select which participants to convoke, send individual convocation emails using a configurable Dolibarr template. Convoked participants appear on the PDF report.
 
Professional PDF: configurable logo via settings, sections Site / Visit / Participants / Observations / Photos / Notes / Next Meeting, color-coded task status, fixed footer.
 
Email sending: two configurable Dolibarr email templates — one for sending the visit report, one for convocations. Available variables: __REF__, __CHANTIER_LABEL__, __DATE_YMD__, __VISITE_LIEU__, __PARTICIPANTS_HTML__, __RDV_DATE__, __RDV_HEURE__, __RDV_LIEU__, __CONVOCATIONS__. PDF automatically attached.
 
Integrated DMS: automatic PDF deposit into file attachments of the project owner and all Dolibarr participants after each PDF generation.
