Diffusions – Document distribution sheets

Diffusions is a Dolibarr external module dedicated to managing document distribution sheets linked to projects.

It allows users to create a distribution sheet attached to a project, automatically retrieve external contacts, choose the delivery method for each recipient, and generate a summary PDF used as the main distribution document.

The module was designed to address a simple need: stop managing the distribution of plans, notices, technical or administrative documents manually through scattered emails or folders with no traceability. With Diffusions, everything is centralized in a single Dolibarr card.
