More info...

Stripe Invoice Import allows you to automatically import invoices generated in Stripe into Dolibarr ERP/CRM.

The module synchronizes Stripe invoices and customers, creates missing third parties, validates invoices, and optionally registers payments in Dolibarr. It supports both manual imports and fully automated scheduled imports using Dolibarr's cron system.

Main features:

  • Import Stripe invoices in multiple states (paid, open, uncollectible, void)
  • Smart customer matching by Stripe customer ID or Tax ID
  • Automatic third-party creation with full address and tax information
  • Automatic invoice validation and optional payment registration
  • Chronological validation to preserve invoice numbering integrity
  • Draft import mode for manual review before validation
  • Automatic scheduled import via Dolibarr cron (every 5 minutes)
  • Session caching to reduce Stripe API calls
  • Trash system to restore removed invoices
  • Multi-language interface (EN, ES, FR)

Typical use cases:

  • SaaS or subscription businesses using Stripe Billing
  • E-commerce platforms that rely on Stripe automatic invoices
