This module adds a real budget dashboard to Dolibarr for your construction projects. Directly from the project card, you can monitor in real time the detailed budget by tasks, subcontractors, materials, equipment and charges/salaries, with a clear view of validated amounts, payments made and remaining balances.
Based on the project task structure (WBS), the module lets you import or enter a detailed budget and then split it into four main cost families: subcontractors, materials, equipment and charges/salaries. Each task line is linked to a supplier, a product or an internal resource, which makes it easy to reconcile with invoices, stock movements and payroll.
In the “Subcontractors” tab, you record for each task the contractors involved, validated amounts, validation dates, related invoices and payments made. The module automatically calculates the balance per line and totals the amounts by section (general items, site installation, fixed costs, miscellaneous, etc.) to instantly check budget compliance.
The “Materials” and “Equipment” tabs are dedicated to supplies and rentals. By linking your Dolibarr products to specific categories (Materials, Equipment) and to a project warehouse, the module lets you track the real cost of supplies and equipment per task: purchase price, rental price, delivery/use dates and total charged to the project.
The “Charges / Salaries” tab allows you to allocate staff costs and other internal expenses per task. You link your resources there (project manager, site manager, foremen, workers, etc.) together with the allocated amount and assignment date, giving you an accurate view of the human cost for each phase of the project.
A “Stock Monitoring” tab displays the warehouses linked to the project with the physical stock available for each site depot. Through the module configuration screen, you define the warehouse used for stock issues as well as the product categories to consider, ensuring consistency between budget, consumption and actual stock.
Finally, the module lets you export the full budget monitoring to Excel as a structured table: task numbering, description, suppliers, validated amounts, payments and balances by section. This export is ideal for reports to the project owner, site follow-up meetings or internal audits.
