This module allows you to create a project automatically after the creation of a commercial proposal.

The “Automated Project Creation” module for Dolibarr automates the creation of projects from your commercial documents, so every opportunity becomes a structured project without manual data entry.
As soon as a commercial proposal is created (or validated, depending on your configuration), the module automatically generates a dedicated Dolibarr project. This project inherits key information from the original document: third party, project label, dates, expected amount, as well as a direct link to the proposal. This gives you clear traceability between your sales pipeline and your operational projects.
In the project list, automatically created lines are identified with the reference of the source document (for example: “Projet de (PROV42)”), so you can immediately see where each project comes from. On the commercial proposal card, a “Project” field displays and links the generated project, allowing quick navigation between the sales phase and the execution phase.
