The Yavin module integrates Yavin payment terminals directly into your Dolibarr ERP/CRM. It ensures automatic synchronization of transactions made on your Yavin POS terminals with your Dolibarr accounting.

Transaction Import

• Automatic payment retrieval from Yavin API
• Support for multiple payment terminals (up to 4 POS)
• Configurable import period (current month by default)
• Duplicate detection to prevent multiple imports

Invoice Linking

• Automatic payment association with Dolibarr invoices
• Either because payment is initiated from the invoice form or through search based on amount and date
• Direct link to invoices from payment list

Bank Management

• Automatic creation of a "YAVIN" bank account on module activation for operation isolation and bank reconciliation
• Integration into Dolibarr Bank menu
• Payment tracking with statuses (draft, validated, cancelled, error)

User Interface

• Payment list with filters and search
• Kanban view available
• Access to payment receipt (URL)
• Display of amounts, dates and transaction references

Configuration

The module is configured via the administration page with:

• Yavin API key
• POS serial numbers (up to 4 terminals)
