Detailed Description
This module enables you to create Dolibarr invoices as electronic invoices. The invoices include regular invoices, advance payment invoices, credit notes and many more. When invoices are directed to public authorities, some special fields can be activated.
A special feature of this module is the optional integration of the official KoSIT validator for electronic invoices. Since customers are required to validate all incoming invoices, and payment obligation only begins upon receipt of a correct XML file, it is advisable to implement your own quality control for outgoing documents.
All invoice validations are performed locally on the Dolibarr server without data being transferred to other locations. Therefore, no data processing agreement (DPA) according to GDPR is required, as would be the case with external validation services.

Requirements
Please note: Due to its size, the validator code is not directly included in the module (uploading the module to Dolibarr would fail due to the size of approximately 50MB). After installation of our module, the official KoSIT validator can be downloaded and installed directly from the module setup page with one click.
Using the validator requires Java on the Dolibarr server, e.g. OpenJDK 11+. The integration of the validator is optional; XRechnung invoices can also be generated without installed Java.
An internet connection is required for installation. All invoice validations are performed locally on the Dolibarr server without data being transferred to other locations.
