This module enhances Dolibarr's capabilities, allowing you to distribute an invoice across several projects precisely and flexibly. It's ideal for businesses managing complex projects with shared costs and seeking better financial traceability.
This module introduces a new green button, "Amount to Projects", directly within supplier invoices. From here, you can easily manage the allocation of amounts or percentages to one or more projects.
By clicking the button, an intuitive form appears, allowing you to divide the invoice amount. You can enter a percentage or an exact amount and assign it to the corresponding project.
The module automatically updates the financial summary of the projects, displaying the amounts assigned from supplier invoices. This makes it easier to track costs associated with each project.
Before using the module, ensure that the option "In a third-party document, you can choose a project linked to another third party" is activated in the Projects module settings within Dolibarr.
