Prerequisites:

• Dolibarr min version: 3.7
• Dolibarr max version: 3.7+

Install:

• Download the archive file of module (.zip file) from web site DoliStore.com
• Put the file into the root directory of Dolibarr.
• Uncompress the zip file, for example with command

unzip modulefile.zip

• Module or skin is then available and can be activated.

Module "Meeting confirmation" allows to generate and email a PDF confirmation of your meetings. 

Description

Module "Meeting confirmation" allows to generate PDF confirmation of your meeting of phone call appointements.

The module comes with full documentation and can be tested on http://www.mika-carl.fr/dev (login : qis, password : demo) in the Agenda tab then "Confirmations" menu on the left

Features

• A confirmation is created for each meeting or phone call event.
• This confirmation is then validated by setting the adress or phone call used for the meeting.
• A PDF is generated with these informations and can be sent to your client for reminder.
