Direct Shipment

This module enables direct shipments from Products > Shipments > New Direct Shipment. Shipments are created as draft and product lines are added manually before validation. No source order or proposal is linked. Compatible with Dolibarr 16.0 to 24.x and PHP 7.1+. Dolibarr 23+ uses native APIs; on 16-22 a compatibility polyfill layer is loaded automatically.

1. Prerequisites & Installation

Compatibility: Dolibarr v16.0 to v24.x (PHP 7.4 to 8.4) | MySQL & PostgreSQL databases.

Prerequisites: Native Shipments module (modExpedition) enabled.

Installation: Unzip the archive into the `htdocs/custom/` folder to create the `custom/shipmentstandalone/` directory.

Activation: Enable the module under Administration → Modules. Activation automatically configures the database (price/total columns) and creates the necessary permissions.

2. Configuration & Access Rights

Stock configuration (Admin → Direct Shipment):

Option 1: Automatic stock decrement upon shipment validation.

Option 2: Automatic stock decrement upon shipment closure.

Option 3: No automatic stock movement.

Dedicated user rights: Granular permissions for Creation (line entry/modification), Validation (validation, closure, cancellation, reopening), Deletion (drafts only), and Invoicing.

3. Features & Business Process

Creating a direct shipment:

Accessible via Products → Shipments → New Direct Shipment.

Full data entry: Third party, Ref. Client, Project, Dates, Weight/Dimensions, Carrier, Tracking No., Incoterms, Extra fields, and Notes.

Product line management:

Add/edit products with requested/delivered quantities, Unit Price (excl. tax), VAT rate, Discounts, and Cost Price.

Automatic recalculation and saving of totals (excl. tax, VAT, and incl. tax) on the record.

Lifecycle & Stock movements:

Draft $\rightarrow$ Validated: Automatic stock deduction (depending on settings) and display of the "Direct" badge.

Closing / Cancellation / Reopening: Transactional stock management (automatic stock replenishment upon cancellation or reopening).

Duplication: Quick cloning of the shipment with the option to change the recipient.

Direct invoicing without duplication:

One-click conversion to Invoice via the built-in button.

Duplicate check (automatic redirection if an invoice is already linked).

Exact transfer of lines (references, descriptions, unit price excl. tax, discounts) and automatic "Mark as billed" status (BILL_VALIDATE).

PDF & Multilingual support:

Dynamic line population for standard PDF templates (Rouget, Espadon, Merou).

Full translation available in 16 languages (FR, EN, AR, ES, DE, IT, etc.).

⚙️ Installation

L'installation peut être effectuée directement depuis votre interface Dolibarr :

1. Allez dans Configuration ➔ Modules/Applications.

2. Cliquez sur l'onglet Déployer/installer un module externe.

3. Téléversez le fichier ZIP fourni (module_kanbanpropale-1.0.0.zip).

4. Le module sera automatiquement déployé dans le répertoire suivant : custom/shipmentstandalone/.
