Sales Invoice to Peppol

Builds the Peppol UBL/XML document (PDF embedded inside it) automatically the moment a validated customer invoice's or credit note's PDF is generated — nothing to click for that part. The document is only actually sent to your access point (Peppyrus, Scrada) when you click **Send via Peppol**, and that button only appears once your company's data, the customer's Peppol ID, and any 0%-VAT line's exemption reason (EN16931-compliant, from a built-in dictionary) are all in place; otherwise it's shown greyed out with a tooltip listing exactly what's missing. A **Check** button then lets you confirm delivery, and every attempt — success or failure — stays in a full send history. A link on the customer card opens the official Peppol Directory in one click, to confirm an id is genuinely registered before relying on it.
