Invoice MultiWarehouse

Invoice MultiWarehouse is a Dolibarr module designed for all Dolibarr users who need precise warehouse-level stock control during invoicing.

Key Features

• Per-line warehouse selection on customer and supplier invoices
• Automatic stock movements on invoice validation (decrement for customer invoices, increment for supplier invoices)
• Automatic reversal of stock movements when an invoice is set back to draft or cancelled
• Real-time stock display per warehouse when selecting a product
• Negative stock control with configurable option
• Multilingual support: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese (BR)

How It Works

1. When creating or editing an invoice, a warehouse selector appears for each product line
2. The selector shows the current stock level for each warehouse
3. Upon invoice validation, stock is automatically adjusted in the selected warehouses
4. If the invoice is modified or cancelled, all movements are automatically reversed

Compatibility

• Dolibarr v14.0 and above (tested up to v23.x)
• PHP 7.0+  - PHP 8.2
• Requires: Invoices, Suppliers, and Stock modules enabled

Installation

1. Upload the module to htdocs/custom/multientrepot/
2. Activate from Home > Setup > Modules
3. Configure negative stock option in the module settings
