The facturationelectroniquecertifieeburkinafaso module enables a Dolibarr installation to communicate with the Invoice Control Module (MCF – Module de Contrôle de Facturation) of Burkina Faso's Tax Authority (DGI) through the SeCeF protocol. For each invoice issued, it allows the retrieval of a unique identifier (NIM) and a fiscal QR code attesting that the technical exchange between your Dolibarr instance and the MCF has taken place.

The MCF is not supplied with the module: it must be obtained by you from the competent authorities (DGI). DOLICO TECH has no control over its availability, the time required to obtain it, its operation, or its future changes.

This module is intended for developers and integrators wishing to begin an homologation process. It constitutes a technical interconnection component, not an homologated solution.

What this module does not do

The purchase and installation of this module do not, on their own, make your Dolibarr instance compliant or homologated by the DGI. The homologation of an Enterprise Billing System (SFE – Système de Facturation d'Entreprise) requires the development of additional modules and the alignment of the instance with all of the DGI's requirements. Such homologation falls under the sole assessment and sovereign decision of the DGI.

As part of its own process, DOLICO TECH has obtained homologation for the Dolibarr instance it operates for its certified electronic invoicing — including on behalf of clients who request it — by means of modules developed in addition to the present module. This homologation is specific to DOLICO TECH's instance; it is neither transferable nor automatically applicable to any other installation.

The module is provided "as is", without any guarantee of result as to the obtaining of homologation. It is your responsibility to verify its suitability for your context and to ensure your own regulatory compliance. DOLICO TECH shall not be held liable for the decisions of the DGI, for the unavailability or malfunction of the MCF, or for any non-compliant use of the module.
