The Etat-ITC module is a bilingual (French/Arabic) reporting tool designed to help businesses track and analyze their commercial and financial activities. It provides managers and accountants with structured reports that make it easier to monitor client accounts, sales performance, and payment status.

Key features include:

  • General account statements: Overview of all financial transactions.

  • Annual and monthly revenue reports: Track sales trends over time.

  • Monthly revenue by client: Detailed breakdown of each client’s invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

  • Client activity monitoring: Identify inactive clients (“clients en sommeil”).

  • Commission tracking: Calculate commissions for sales representatives, both invoiced and collected.
