📋 What is it?

DoliDeb is the Dolibarr module dedicated to French Intrastat declarations (DEB for goods, DES for services). It covers both flows: your EU sales (dispatches) and your EU purchases (arrivals).

• SH8 customs code (combined nomenclature) on each product

• Intra-community VAT number of the customer or supplier

🚀 How to use it

1. Configure DoliDeb

Enter your declarant VAT number, DTI+ identifier, and enable the EMEBI and/or DES sections based on your obligations.

2. Run the diagnostic

Menu Billing → DTI+ Exports → Diagnostic tab. DoliDeb lists all your invoices with a compliance status (✅ OK, ⚠️ To check, ❌ Non-compliant). One click opens the record to fix.

3. Generate the export

Choose the period, flow and format, then click Generate. The file is automatically saved and appears in the history.

4. Submit on DTI+ and validate

Download the file, upload it to the French Customs DEBWEB2 portal, then mark the export as Validated in DoliDeb. The declaration counter updates automatically to suggest the next number.

❓ FAQ

The module blocks my invoice validations?
Yes, by design: DoliDeb prevents validation when mandatory data is missing. Fix the flagged data to continue.

I already file declarations manually, how do I start?
Use the "Mark period as already declared" feature in the diagnostic to tell DoliDeb which months were already handled before installing it.

Can I use it for services (DES)?
Yes, the DES section can be enabled separately from the EMEBI section in the settings.
