The BOMGenerator module enhances Dolibarr ERP/CRM by facilitating the generation of new bills of materials (BOMs) from predefined templates and custom options. It allows companies to define alternative product lists for each component of a BOM, providing increased flexibility in managing manufacturing processes.
Associate product categories with each component of a BOM, allowing the selection of alternative products when creating new BOMs.
Create new BOMs by selecting alternative components from drop-down lists, based on a default template.
The module is compatible with the Factory module, adding advanced features for product composition and manufacturing order management.
A new "BomGenerator" tab has been added to the product sheet, displaying the default BOM associated with the product and allowing the management of alternative product categories.
Directly from the "BomGenerator" tab, it is possible to create custom manufacturing orders based on the generated BOMs.
