Managing interventions is simple and fast:

• Create your interventions

  • from a quote, an order, or a commercial proposal

  • or directly from the schedule

• Assign your team members

• Enter the client contact for the intervention

  • click the phone number to call the contact directly on site

• Specify the location of the intervention

  • one click on the address automatically opens Google Maps

A tool designed for field work

Do your employees only need the schedule? No problem.

They log into Dolibarr and access their schedule directly.

By clicking on a time slot, they instantly see a summary of the intervention and the essential information.

Highlights

• A color per team member makes it easy to identify who is involved

• A color per service allows you to quickly visualize the type of intervention (note: to benefit from this feature, the intervention must be created from a commercial proposal)

• An intervention is scheduled but not yet signed? No problem — the slot is reserved and displayed in a pale color

• An intervention is scheduled but has no assigned team member yet? No problem — it appears with a hatched pattern

• Employee leave is taken into account and displayed

• Part-time schedules appear hatched in resource view
