Importante: se necesita una cuenta UptoSign

Este módulo es el conector entre Dolibarr y el servicio de firma UptoSign. Para firmar o sellar cualquier documento, debe abrir OBLIGATORIAMENTE una cuenta en uptosign.com. Esta cuenta es independiente de la compra del módulo: las firmas y sellados los factura UptoSign según su suscripción. Un servidor de demostración gratuito le permite probarlo todo antes de suscribirse.

Haga firmar sus presupuestos, contratos y facturas en línea, sin salir de Dolibarr. Su cliente firma desde el móvil en dos minutos y el documento firmado vuelve solo a Dolibarr, con un expediente de pruebas conforme a eIDAS.

Imprimir, enviar, esperar, reclamar, escanear, archivar: una firma manuscrita cuesta días y se pierde entre los correos. UptoSign sustituye todo ese circuito por un botón en la ficha del documento. El servicio funciona en una nube alojada en Francia y produce firmas conformes al reglamento europeo eIDAS (firma simple reforzada).

Cómo funciona

• 1. Usted coloca la firma: desde la pestaña Firma electrónica del documento, sitúa el sello y la zona de firma de cada firmante sobre el PDF.
• 2. Su cliente firma: recibe un enlace por correo, confirma su identidad con un código SMS y firma desde el móvil o el ordenador, sin cuenta ni programa que instalar.
• 3. Todo vuelve a Dolibarr: el documento firmado y su expediente de pruebas se guardan junto al original, el estado del documento se actualiza y la agenda registra cada paso.

¿Su cliente está delante de usted? La firma local inicia el proceso en el momento, sin enviar ningún enlace.

Una firma con valor

• Conforme a eIDAS: firma electrónica simple reforzada, con doble autenticación del firmante por SMS.
• Expediente de pruebas: se descarga con cada documento firmado y recoge quién firmó, cuándo y cómo.
• Sellado y sellado de tiempo: proteja una factura o cualquier otro PDF sin intervención de un firmante. Cualquier cambio posterior se detecta.
• Verificación pública: sus interlocutores comprueban por sí mismos, en el servicio de verificación de UptoSign, que un documento no ha sido modificado.
• A elegir, documento por documento: la firma nativa de Dolibarr para un acuerdo interno, la firma UptoSign cuando debe poder hacerse valer.

Todo lo que puede firmar

Presupuestos, pedidos de clientes y proveedores, presupuestos de proveedores, facturas, contratos, intervenciones, envíos, proyectos, terceros y usuarios. Y en general cualquier PDF asociado a un tercero: un acuerdo de confidencialidad antes de un presupuesto, un contrato de alquiler, un reglamento interno, un contrato de trabajo.

Firma masiva

Haga firmar un mismo documento a decenas de personas, cada una en su propia copia: carta interna, reglamento, autorización, convocatoria.

• Destinatarios elegidos entre sus contactos, usuarios, socios o participantes de un evento, importados de un archivo CSV o introducidos a mano.
• Novedad: selección avanzada de terceros y sus contactos por categoría, tipo, país o campos adicionales.
• Seguimiento de cada destinatario y recuperación de los documentos firmados en una sola acción.
• Sellado de un lote de facturas en una sola operación desde la lista de facturas.

Menos tecleo, más automatismo

• Creación de la factura en cuanto se firma un presupuesto
• Sellado y envío automático de las facturas por correo
• Cierre de los pedidos firmados y activación de los servicios de un contrato firmado
• Archivo diario: una tarea programada comprueba la copia local de cada documento firmado y vuelve a descargar lo que falte

Pensado para la empresa

• Usted controla el gasto: lanzar una firma, que se factura, es un permiso aparte que solo concede a las personas adecuadas. Una misma firma no puede lanzarse dos veces por error.
• Seguridad: cada acción está protegida contra enlaces trampa, la clave de la cuenta UptoSign solo viaja hacia un servidor con certificado verificado y los correos y números de los firmantes quedan fuera de los registros.
• Multiempresa: cada empresa tiene su propia cuenta UptoSign y cada proceso se sigue con la cuenta que lo lanzó.
• Compatible: Dolibarr 18 y posteriores, incluido Dolibarr 24, bases de datos MySQL, MariaDB o PostgreSQL.
• En once idiomas: francés, inglés, alemán, español, italiano, neerlandés, portugués de Brasil, danés, húngaro, polaco y esloveno.
• Abierto: otros módulos se apoyan en UptoSign para hacer firmar sus propios documentos, como los mandatos SEPA o la evaluación de riesgos laborales (DUERP).

Qué ha cambiado desde la versión 2.2

Desde la versión 2.2, el módulo se ha reescrito en gran parte. Las grandes etapas:

• Firma masiva: un mismo documento firmado por muchas personas, con un cuadro de seguimiento por destinatario (no enviado, en espera, firmado, recuperado, con error) y la recuperación agrupada de los documentos firmados.
• Automatizaciones: factura creada al firmarse el presupuesto, facturas selladas y enviadas, pedidos cerrados y servicios de contrato activados, configurables desde la administración del módulo.
• Nuevos documentos: presupuestos y pedidos de proveedores, envíos, contratos de trabajo del módulo InfraS Salariés.
• Ventana de posicionamiento aislada: el sello y las firmas quedan exactamente donde los coloca, sea cual sea el tema de Dolibarr o los demás módulos instalados.
• Archivo automático de los documentos firmados y respeto de los límites del servidor de firma, sin ráfagas de llamadas.
• Multiempresa fiable: el documento correcto, la cuenta UptoSign correcta, la empresa correcta, en cada paso.
• Once idiomas realmente cargados y que cubren todas las pantallas.
• Versión 2.5: seguridad reforzada, compatibilidad con Dolibarr 24 y PostgreSQL, selección avanzada de destinatarios.

• Dolibarr 18.0 o superior, PHP 7.4 o superior, con las extensiones intl, fileinfo, gd y mbstring
• El módulo GED (Gestión Electrónica de Documentos) activado en Dolibarr
• Una cuenta en el servicio en línea uptosign.com, independiente de la compra del módulo: es el que realiza las firmas y los sellados, facturados según su suscripción. Un servidor de demostración gratuito le permite probarlo todo antes de suscribirse.
