Has the money arrived before the invoice was entered? Suisse ISO Banking helps you process the statement in Dolibarr 23 without starting the workflow again. Import a CAMT.053, review suggested matches and, when an invoice is missing, open Dolibarr's native customer or supplier invoice form directly from the transaction. The available party, date, reference and amount provide context for the new invoice. You still verify the lines and VAT against the original document, then return to the statement to allocate the payment. A bank statement is not a tax invoice; this workflow preserves context and avoids needless re-entry.

The same workspace also prepares supplier payment orders and follows their bank status:

  • Import CAMT.053 statements with bank-account, amount, currency, date and reference checks; handle multiple statements and accounts.
  • Assist matching of incoming and outgoing transactions to native invoices and third parties. An explicit invoice or contract reference takes precedence over a mere amount similarity; uncertain transactions require review.
  • Launch guided creation of a missing customer or supplier invoice from a CAMT line, using Dolibarr's standard form rather than automatically inventing a tax document from the statement.
  • Validate individually or in batches, allocate one movement across several invoices of the same third party, and use configured transit/suspense accounts and bank-fee handling where supported.
  • Generate PAIN.001.001.09 supplier payment files in CHF or EUR when the company, debit account and invoices use the same currency; no currency conversion is performed.
  • Review the payment orders inside each export, their linked invoices, amounts and current statuses; re-download files subject to access rights.
  • Import PAIN.002 status reports and link matching CAMT.053 debits without creating a second native supplier payment for the same exact order.
  • Access the built-in user guide in French or English.

The module uses native Dolibarr invoices, payments and bank accounts, and does not modify Dolibarr core files. The Bank module is required; other features depend on enabled modules and user permissions.

When Accounting is enabled and configured, the bank entries created can be transferred to the general ledger using Dolibarr's native accounting assistant. The module does not run this transfer automatically.

Scope of this release: Swiss banking workflows on Dolibarr 23. Two real BCV CAMT.053.001.08 statements were imported and reconciled in Dolibarr. The supplied PostFinance corpus was also checked: all 26 CAMT.053.001.04 files parsed and were compared with the XML; the two statements containing a USD-origin payment booked in CHF were imported and verified in Dolibarr 23. The booked CHF amount is used for reconciliation and the original amount remains visible. The module does not calculate exchange conversion for foreign-currency invoices; unverifiable conversions and grouped mixed-currency entries need manual review. SIX, BCV and PostFinance export profiles are implemented, but no real payment order has been accepted by a bank during qualification. CHF and EUR PAIN export has been tested locally without currency conversion; the EUR test is not a SEPA qualification or a general European-bank compatibility claim. CAMT.052/.054 have technical parser coverage but have not been qualified with real bank files. Check the profile and acceptance of a first order with your bank before production use. Ambiguous transactions, unallocated fees and rejections after payment require human review.

Installation: in Dolibarr, open Home → Setup → Modules → Deploy/Install an external module, upload the ZIP, then enable and configure Suisse ISO Banking. The technical ID and swissbankingiso20022 directory remain unchanged so existing installations can be upgraded. Set the required permissions and accounts before the first import. Detailed documentation and known limitations are included in the package.
