LemonVigie - Monitor & prospect your clients, Open Data

LemonVigie turns your Dolibarr into a business-intelligence tool, without adding a single line of SaaS budget. It does what paid tools (such as Pappers or Societe.com Pro) charge a subscription for — using the same official French public sources (DILA, INSEE, INPI, ADEME), with no API key, no paid quota, and no third-party account to create.

It is the natural companion to LemonSirene: LemonSirene fills in the third-party record once, LemonVigie monitors it over time and goes looking for new prospects.

What you monitor

• An alert badge right on the third-party record's tab as soon as insolvency proceedings (receivership, liquidation, safeguard) are published in the BODACC (French legal gazette) — visible at a glance.
• A red banner if a client has ceased trading (struck off the SIRENE register).
• A « Financial health » panel: revenue, net income, gross margin, EBITDA and debt ratios from the latest filed accounts, with a mini bar chart — right on the record, no re-entry.
• An « RGE qualifications » panel (French ADEME registry) that flags expired certifications in red — essential before subcontracting a job.
• A « SIRENE discrepancies » page listing every client out of sync with the official register (ceased, in proceedings, relocated), with a one-click, reversible « Close » action.
• An automatic weekly watch that runs in the background and emails you a summary whenever something changes.

What you prospect

• « Every company run by a given director »: search a director, find all their companies, and create a pre-filled prospect (identity, address, VAT, labels) in one click.
• Public tenders to win: open calls for tender, sorted by deadline, with an alert on submissions due in under 7 days.
• Competitive intelligence: who won what, in which department, on which keyword.

Why it is different from paid tools

All the data comes from official French public sources (DILA for BODACC/BOAMP, INSEE for SIRENE, INPI/BCE for financial ratios, the French Ministry of Labour for collective agreements, ADEME for RGE) — the same registers that legal-information services bill by subscription. LemonVigie simply queries these registers and caches the results locally: no API key, no third-party account, no recurring cost.

Privacy

Official public data only. Entities flagged as restricted-distribution by INSEE are systematically excluded, both on display and when creating a prospect.

• Dolibarr: 18.0 and above (targeted 18 to 23).
• PHP: 7.4 and above.
• Required dependency: the LemonSirene module, version 1.3.0 or above.
