DyaPiConnect — French e-invoicing (Factur-X) and e-commerce ↔ Dolibarr synchronisation

DyaPiConnect connects your Dolibarr to the DyaPi micro-services, which interconnect your e-commerce / booking software with Dolibarr and prepare you for the French electronic-invoicing mandate.

Factur-X invoices generated for free

When a customer invoice is validated — and again when it is paid — DyaPiConnect asks DyaPi to convert its PDF into a compliant Factur-X invoice (PDF/A-3, EN 16931) and stores it back on the invoice, at no cost. The seller identity (company name, SIREN/SIRET, VAT number, address, bank IBAN) is sourced automatically from your Dolibarr and kept in sync — you manage it in Dolibarr, never twice. Transmission to a certified platform (PDP) is the next step, for the French mandate (reception Sept. 2026, emission 2026–2027).

E-commerce ↔ Dolibarr

Synchronise orders, invoices, shipments, stock and payments between Dolibarr and an e-commerce such as PrestaShop or WooCommerce, with DyaCommerce on the way. Pick a setup mode (Minimalist, Quotation, Invoice, E-Commerce) and the module pre-activates the right Dolibarr modules for you.

Simple, secure onboarding

Connect with a single click via “Link to my DyaPi account” from the module setup page: you sign in on DyaPi and confirm the link. Your DyaPi credentials (API key, secret) stay on your server and are never displayed.

• A DyaPi account (free to create). Factur-X generation is free; advanced multi-platform automation and certified PDP transmission are optional DyaPi services.

Privacy & GDPR

To generate Factur-X and to synchronise with your e-commerce, the module transmits data to the DyaPi service (api.dyapi.io), operated by Aytechnet, a French company subject to the GDPR. Data is hosted in France (European Union).

• At connection: your company/seller identity (name, SIREN/SIRET, VAT number, address), your bank accounts (IBAN/BIC), your payment methods, your Dolibarr URL and a Dolibarr API key used by DyaPi to read and write the relevant records.
• For e-invoicing: the customer invoice and its PDF are retrieved by DyaPi, converted to Factur-X and returned. Invoices may contain personal data relating to your customers (identity, address, contact details).
• Purpose: solely to provide the module’s features. Your DyaPi API key and secret remain on your server and are never displayed.

You remain the data controller; Aytechnet acts as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. Please review the DyaPi privacy policy and inform your own customers as required. No data is sent to any third party beyond what is necessary to operate the features you enable.
