SmartExpedition — Electronic Signature for Delivery Notes

SmartExpedition adds electronic signature to Dolibarr delivery notes (bons d'expédition). Collect your client's signature at delivery — remotely or directly on-site — without any Dolibarr account required for the signer.

TWO SIGNING MODES
• Remote signing: send a secure link by email — the client signs from their phone, tablet or computer.
• On-site (tablet): a "Sign here" button opens an in-page modal directly on the delivery note card — hand the tablet to your client and collect the signature on the spot, no email needed.

WORKFLOW & STATUSES
• "Mark as dispatched" button — records the shipment date
• "Request signature" button — sends email with PDF + secure link
• "Sign on-site (tablet)" button — in-page modal with handwriting pad
• Dedicated status column on the shipment list: Dispatched / Waiting for signature / Signed
• Filter delivery notes by signature status from the list view
• Delivery note automatically closed on signature

SIGNING EXPERIENCE
• Responsive public signature page (mobile, tablet, desktop) — no account required
• Signer can consult the delivery note PDF before signing (token-secured link)
• Name + handwritten signature capture (SignaturePad library)

SECURITY & eIDAS COMPLIANCE
• SHA-256 hash of the delivery note PDF computed at token creation
• eIDAS audit trail certificate PDF generated after each signature: signer identity, exact timestamp, IP address, browser fingerprint, document hash, handwritten signature image
• Audit certificate attached to both the signer confirmation email and the team notification email

NOTIFICATIONS
• Confirmation email sent to signer with signed document attached
• Notification email sent to the Dolibarr team with signature image + certificate
