Group Inter Billing

Overview

By default, Dolibarr only lets you bill one intervention at a time. This module adds a mass action on the interventions list (Interventions → List): tick several interventions, pick "Group into an invoice", and a single draft invoice is created with one line per intervention line.

Features

• "Group into an invoice" mass action on the interventions list.
• Creation of a draft invoice copying the detail (lines) of the selected interventions; each line quantity is the duration in hours.
• Three configurable pricing modes:
  • Predefined product / service: price and VAT taken from a chosen product;
  • Hourly rate: net price per hour entered in the configuration;
  • Manual entry: zero-priced lines, to be completed on the invoice.
• Safeguards:
  • blocks if interventions belong to different customers;
  • draft or already billed interventions are skipped automatically (a recap is displayed);
  • billed interventions are set to the "Billed" status;
  • links the invoice to the shared project when relevant;
  • transactional processing (full rollback on error).

Requirements

• Dolibarr 19.0 or higher (tested on the 21.x stable branch).
• Interventions and Invoices modules enabled.
• User right "Create/modify invoices" (reused by the module).

Installation

1. Copy the groupinterbilling/ folder into htdocs/custom/ of your Dolibarr installation.
2. Go to Home → Setup → Modules/Applications.
3. Enable Group interventions into invoice.
4. Click the gear icon to open the configuration and choose the pricing mode (and, if applicable, the product or the hourly rate).

Usage

1. Open Interventions → List.
2. Tick the validated interventions to bill (same customer).
3. In the mass action menu, choose "Group into an invoice".
4. Confirm: the draft invoice is created and a link is displayed.
